For refund-eligible products, customers must submit proof of effort by providing a completed workbook (if applicable) to our customer service team at hi@taylorstanford.com. Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified on the product’s sales page. Refunds will not be granted outside these conditions.
Shipping or Delivery Policy
Digital Products:

Cancellation Policy
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once initiated. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to pay the full balance over the agreed-upon time period, regardless of usage or participation.Subscriptions:
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. To cancel, please email hi@taylorstanford.com and include your request along with the email address associated with your account. Once canceled, you will not be billed for future subscription cycles; however, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.
